UCB's IP estate includes a large number of patent families covering small molecules, antibody-based drugs, antibody technologies and targets.

UCB believes that its attractiveness as a development partner is significantly enhanced by the quality and innovation of its research, reflected in its growing IP portfolio.

UCB has a dedicated IP department whose role is to build, protect, enforce and defend its IP rights.
