As a former Celltech shareholder, how can I return my shares to UCB?
Find below the details of the institution you should contact to subscribe to UCB offer on Celltech shares.
If you are a Celltech ordinary shareholder who has not validly accepted the Offer by 23 August 2004, the expiry date of the compulsorily acquisition notices, in order to claim your entitlement being held in trust on your behalf you should write to Capita Registrars at the following address stating that you wish to claim your entitlement of 550 pence per share.
You should also enclose your share certificate(s) and/or other documents of title.
