Applying for MBA Programme

Who can apply?
Anyone who has successfully completed their MBA graduate degree, or is in their final year, and who can meet the additional requirements below:

• Successful completion of the final year of their MBA
• At least four years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of two years with international exposure
• Fluency in English plus an additional European language
• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or other healthcare experience is preferred
• Geographic mobility for the duration of the programme
• Strong communication, relationship building and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
• Ability to operate effectively and independently, across functional lines in teams and matrix environments
• Flexibility under constantly changing conditions and the ability to be creative
• Results oriented

How do I apply?
Our MBA Career Pathway programme starts twice during the year, in January and September. Applications for the January start date should be sent to us between September and December; and for the September start date, between June and August. Interviews will be held at both UCB locations and on campus.
